Crested Coral

This amazing fungus. Clavulina coralloides, was found growing amongst the leaf litter in Trawscoed Wood, the small wood near Principality House. There are over 2000 recordings of this across the UK but the only Carmarthenshire records are here and in Pont Felin Gat. Photo by Bruce Langridge

Belly dancers from St.Dogmaels

The new ceramic mosaic, in the Theatr Botanica foyer, was opened by former Welsh Government Minister Jane Davidson in late August. Seven community groups who helped make the mosaic came to the event, from as far as Anglesey, Llanelli, Monmouth, Newport, Cardiff and Llandovery. Why did the event feature these wonderful belly dancers from St.Dogmaels? Liminality by Benjamin Storch
