Friday February 27 – Star Party

Come and join the Swansea Astronomical Society in the stunning surrounds of Lord Foster’s Great Glasshouse for an evening of star-gazing. The SAS’s stellar experts will be giving talks, too, and helping you with any difficulties you are having with your telescopes at a series of special one-on-one clinics. 6pm-9pm.

Sunday March 1st – St David’s Day

It is FREE entry for all on this special day in honour of our patron saint. We have a fabulous line-up of fun and games icluding the world-famous Quack Pack, harpist Shelley Fairplay, the phenomenal folk music duo Fiddlebox, Welsh food stalls, coracles, spinners and more

Sunday March 15 – Mothers’ Day

There’s FREE Garden entry for all mums on this, their special day. There’s a plethora of pampering opportunities, too, with a range of specialists offering treatments and taster sessions in a variety of soothing, relaxing and restorative therapies.

Saturday and Sunday March 28-29 – Birdwatching Weekend

Join experts from the RSPB nad BTO as they lead special walks around the wider Garden in search of  the not so ‘common or garden’ variety of birdlife along with (hopefully) some early summer migrants.

Easter Bank Holiday Weekend

There’s a whole host of fabulous family events taking place in the Garden on Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Easter Monday. There will be music, dancing, the world-famous Quack Pack, Folly Farm’s very own resident magician Jugglestruck and Dyfed Carriage Club’s annual Easter Bonnet Parade.

Tuesday and Wednesday April 7-8 – Pembrokeshire Falconry

Two days of flying displays, static exhibitions, ‘Hold a Bird’ sessions and more

Saturday and Sunday April 11-12 – Big Antiques Weekend

Saturday-Sunday April 25-26 – Woodland Walk Weekend

Join our wildlife expert Deborah Sazer on two woodland walks – at 12 and 2pm both days – and reach parts of the Garden you may not have visited, such as the forgotten falls of Pont Felin Gat and the bluebell-rich Springwoods.
