We hold many events here at the Garden which showcase the bountiful array of produce on offer in west Wales and the fantastic skills of local crafts people. Here are some links to food producers and crafters you may have seen here and wanted to know a bit more about them:
Sweet Treats is a small artisan confectionery producer (just the two!) situated in Llansadwrn, Carmarthenshire. They specialise in gourmet super fluffy marshmallows, smooth and creamy caramels and other yummy treats.

Blue is a small family fruit farm on the Shropshire-Welsh border where blueberries, apples and other fruit flourish. They produce all of their own syrups, sauces, dressings and drinks mixers on the farm in a purpose built kitchen nestling amongst the fields where the blueberries are grown.

The Cwm Deri estate is a working smallholding, which first opened to the public in 1992 and the vineyard is now one of Wales’ foremost visitor attractions. For the very best of Pembrokeshire produce, whether it’s wine, liqueurs, alcohol-free wines, preserves, cheese, cakes or ice cream, Cwm Deri has something to appeal to all the family, whatever their age.

The Black Mountains Smokery is a family-run gourmet business based in the heart of the Black Mountains, South Wales. The award-winning smoked foods are carefully sourced from British suppliers and traditionally cured and smoked at their smokehouse in Crickhowell.

The Little Welsh Deli is an award winning company based just outside Swansea near Gower, specialising in quality artisan sweet and savoury food. All of their products are developed and made by them – nothing is bought in!

Miranda’s Preserves was born of a hobby which turned into a livelihood presents of  jam and marmalade were turned into gifts for family and friends using traditional country recipes. They can now be found at many specialist stockists throughout Wales and beyond.

OrGranics produces good, honest and tasty, mainly organic*, food using primarily locally sourced ingredients, and make it available at sensible prices. They can be found at the regular Farmers’ / Local Produce Markets at: Cowbridge, Llangennith, Llanrhydian, Mumbles, Penclawdd, Skewen and Three Crosses.

Aber Valley Fruits is committed to providing a premium product for you to enjoy using only the finest locally sourced fruit, blending the most flavourful varieties of apples  such as Discovery, Cox’s Orange Pippin and Diamond for an unforgettable taste experience.

Merlin Cheese currently produce 22 different varieties of pasteurised Merlin Goatsmilk Cheddar, 8 different varieties of pasteurised Merlin Cowsmilk Cheddar (our Arthurian range) and an unpasteurised Cheddar made with local Water Buffalo milk. They are all delicious! They also stock nearly 100 other Welsh cheeses.
