Alfred Russel Wallace |
150 years ago, on 1st July 1858, Alfred Russel Wallace and Charles Darwin's presented a joint paper to the Linnaen Society. This, for the first time, proposed the theory of natural selection. Wallace was a Welshman, and to celebrate this day, we'll be hosting an exhibition, a specially commissioned play and poetry readings. |
