The Garden is a great place to come and learn.

We’ve got

  • great indoor and outdoor learning spaces that are part of our 160 acres of ornamental gardens plus 400 acres of organic working farm
  • a vast array of fun and engaging curriculum linked teaching programmes and resources
  • and a friendly team of teachers, course leaders and skilled professionals.

We run a wide variety of curriculum-linked programmes and courses for schools and colleges as well as a vast range of lifelong learning opportunities for all ages and abilities. You can also visit us as a self-led group.

We can also come out to YOUR school. We can offer assemblies, workshops and consultations. Please look up prices and terms on our Outreach

Work Opportunity

We need Welsh speaking primary and secondary science teachers to support our full time Education Department team. You will receive training for a variety of our taught programmes and if suitable, you will be paid £10 per hour. You need to be relatively fit and love the outdoors.The amount of work depends on the the level of demand for our taught programmes.
