Ffres
Ffres is a web-based community designed to showcase the food tourism sector across South West Wales. Ffres is a place where you can come to find about food producers and hospitality providers, establish better links, learn what’s going on in terms of promotions and events, search for seasonal recipe ideas and find out about seasonal local produce in the area. It’s a place to find out about businesses who share the principles of Ffres in bringing you good quality locally sourced produce. Ffres aims to develop and strengthen the food tourism sector in the South West Wales region.

I am enquiring regarding the possibility of selling our award winning ice cream (Cambrian Ice Cream) at the food festival to be held at The Botanical Gardens in May. Please let me know if my request is acceptable and what information is required.
Kind regards,
Elfan Williams
Thanks for your interest, Elfan. All food festival queries should be email to dawn.crisp@gardenofwales.org.uk
