Gala Dinner tickets on sale
Tickets for the popular West Wales Food Festival ‘Gala Dinner’ are now on sale.
The dinner, on Sunday May 13, is the climax of the two-day festival and offers food fans a unique chance to enjoy a four-course meal cooked by some of Wales’ top chefs. It begins with a ‘champagne and canapes’ reception in the Great Glasshouse, followed by dinner.
This year, the chefs taking part in cooking the courses for the Gala Dinner are Stephen Terry and Ludovic ‘Ludo’ Dieumegard. Other chefs demonstrating their skills at the Festival over the weekend (May 12-13) are Bryn Williams, Dudley Newbury and Angela Gray.
