1. Second ChefAil Gogydd

As Second Chef you will be part of the kitchen and restaurant team responsible for making sure that Garden’s quality food adds to our visitors’ enjoyment of their time here. The position involves preparing and serving food for the restaurant, outlets, and our corporate functions. You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation and with meeting our high standards of customer service, hygiene, and sustainable food delivery. You will be expected to be capable of deputising for the Head Chef in her absence. You will have strong people skills and impeccable standards of food presentation and quality. Someone who can juggle priorities while staying calm when under pressure in a busy environment, you will also be well organised, dependable and adaptable. You will be a genuine team player, willing to assist and help train other staff. You must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, Bank Holidays, occasional evenings and special events.

2. Teachers – we need Welsh speaking primary and secondary science teachers to support our full time Education Department team. You will receive training for a variety of our taught programs and if suitable, you will be paid £10 per hour. You need to be relatively fit and love the outdoors.The amount of work depends on the the level of demand for our taught programs.
