We’re pleased to say that ‘Doggie Day’ passed without any hitches.  All dog owners acted responsibly and were respectful of other visitors, as well as clearing up fully after their dogs.  The result was a range of very favourable feedback from people who had not previously felt able to come to the Garden.  However, please be assured that we intend to review and consider matters for the future very carefully.  Whether the exercise will be repeated, perhaps on an occasional basis, is a matter for further consideration by the management team.  None-the-less the views expressed by Members and visitors, both for and against, have been noted and are respected.

Carmarthen Magical half hour listening to a young lady playing a harp in the Great Glasshouse at Christmas, also folk singer and drummer today. I came to look at the snowdrops and huge tree trunks. 03/03/2013

Llandysul More benches and seats. I am a watercolourist and would love to sit and sketch possibly paint, even more so if dogs are allowed. Being partially disable I like to walk but need to rest often. Thank you for great day.

Pontyberem Need bins for dog waste, keep Garden open for dogs at all times and very nice walks.
Abergwili Enjoyed visiting with our dogs, have often felt mean leaving her at home. Can imagine holiday makers have a big problem in summer during hot weather as no dog can be left in the car. Perhaps dog visits on certain days throughout the year could be introduced? 10/03/2013
