| Swansea | Mrs | Edwards | Beautiful and interesting gardens. Excellent facilities, very clean and tidy loos! | 15/11/2011 |
| Ceredigion | Kathleen & Frank | Brown | We visit every 6-8 weeks. There is always something to enjoy. This time Nov we especially enjoy the small tropical greenhouse and could see what a lot of work had been done. It was a sight for sore eyes on such a cold but sunny day. | 15/11/2011 |
| County Cork | Robert | Beamish | Sound | 10/11/2011 |
| Worthing | L. | Margoat | More colouring or activities for younger children. Like National Trust give a quiz and pencil. Sticker when finished visit! | 01/11/2011 |
| Norfolk | Wendy | Houston | Very friendly staff, wonderful garden. A great way to unwind and relax. Fantastic views, thank you. | 04/12/2011 |
| Neath | Poor value for money. Very expensive for families. We were sold tickets for the 12 o’clock show on Sunday 4th December but the show had started when we got there. | 04/12/2011 | ||
| Yorkshire | Wonderful. Would like to return in Spring or Summer. | 28/11/2011 | ||
| Kim | Soyoung | It’s difficult to come to this garden. Shuttle bus please! Every hour or half hour. Taxi is too expensive. | 29/11/2011 | |
| Bristol | J | Wring | No sign posting! Not all people can read maps and if they get as wet as ours did, Help! | 29/11/2011 |
| Pembrokeshire | Would like more information on arrival about the gardens. For instance the history of evolution would of been more interesting with more information or better interpretation. | 27/11/2011 | ||
| Derby | MW & L | Taylor | Cafe should be warmer on cold days. Otherwise most enjoyable and informative visit. | 06/12/2011 |
| Pontberem | EA | Daniels | The food fair was very disappointing, it gets worse every year. You need better marketing and a separate place for food. | 11/12/2011 |
| Swansea | Gillian | Dilley | Enjoyed Xmas craft fair very much. Bit concerned about 1 stall holder selling Greek cheese, olives. No prices shown, not asked how much we wanted, end price v. Expensive felt pressured to buy. Could give the Gardens a bad name. | 11/12/2011 |
| Morriston | Kiwi | Beautiful, even in midst of winter! | 01/01/2012 | |
| Wonderful garden. | 01/01/2012 | |||
| London | It was really nice for my 2 daughters especially the train. It not only took us around the garden but the driver was really knowkedgable and helpful. He stopped at mutiple places to tell us about the garden. My 2 daughters really enjoyed it. | 01/01/2012 | ||
| Maesteg | L | Lewis | Enjoyed our visit despite the dreadful weather. Fod at the stable block looked good but was put off by the birds flying around – too uncomfortable with them to relax and eat there. Cafe was lovely and staff very friendly. | 29/12/2011 |
| Carmarthen | Margaret | Hadlow | We came for a Christmas meal together – meal ok but restaurant was freezing. The coffee shop was lovely and wram and we would have liked our meal in there. | 20/12/2011 |
| Carmarthen | Hugh | Stacey | Bat box attached to bottle greenhouse is upside down! Gardens splendid as always. | 21/12/2011 |
| Carmarthen | Anne | William | Gardens are a great national & local asset but the entrance fee is quite high. We appreciate difficluties of high running costs but more local people would visit if the charge was lower. Perhaps CCC could subsidise the entry for local people like transpor | 11/01/2012 |
| Neath | L | Stacey | Really good fungi exhibition, lovely place to walk around in peace! | 10/01/2012 |
| Swansea | Caroline | Ridler | Rude gardener spolied visit by asking if I’d pulled up plants – had 2 sticks, one with mud on bottom. | 10/01/2012 |
