From 18th |June – September. Inspirational Horticulturists – Rooted in Wales. An exhibition in the Apothecary’s Hall which is a snapshot of horticulturists and garden-makers, past and present, rooted in Wales, whose work is seen as making a significant contribution towards garden-making within the UK and beyond.

Saturday June 22:
Midsummer Concert, Symphonica Tywi, Great Glasshouse (rehearsing from 1pm-3pm, playing from 7.30ish until dusk) – then join us afterwards for the annual Bat count.Tickets £10 (includes admission to the Garden) £8.50 for members

Saturday and Sunday June 22-23: Meet A Meerkat in the Marquee.
Performances are at 11am, 12.30, 2 and 3.30pm

Friday June 28th 11am: Tree Medicine – a talk, followed by a tree walk by the West Wales Herb Group. Part of Herbal Medicine Awareness Week.

Saturday and Sunday June 29-30 at 12noon, 1.30pm and 3pm. You Should Ask Wallace, a 50 minute one-man show by Theatr na nÓg set in the Garden’s wonderfully atmospheric Wallace Garden.

Saturday Sunday July 6-7 – Black Mountain Falconry.
Harris hawks, red-tailed buzzards and an eagle owl will take to the air as part of two daily set-piece shows, at 12 noon and 2pm, and there will be a chance for visitors to take up the gauntlet and try their hand at falconry themselves.

Saturday July 13 – International Day of Dance

Sunday July 14th – Wales Wildflower Day. 
Come to an orchid-rich hay meadow and join artists, craftmakers and plant experts in being inspired by Welsh wild flowers. Includes guided walks, poetry, herbalism, family activities, talks on arctic-alpines and the opening of a new display of plants from Snowdonia’s Cwm Idwal.

Saturday August 3-Sunday August 4: Summer Craft Fair in the Great Glasshouse. Handcrafted and individual crafts including jewellry, ceramics, handmade soap, engarved glass and more.
