Saturday and Sunday July 26-27: The Natural Living and Wellbeing Expo You will discover a wide range of holistic stands offering taster treatments for visitors to try; nutrition exhibits, including allergy testing, herbal life, Riverford Organics, and, of course, a health food shop. Gifts, from jewellery to crystals, books to CDs, scarves, shoes, soaps and make-up – all natural and chemical free, of course. There is numerology, psychic art, and tarot on offer; and there is an eco-friendly corner. With demonstrations, talks and workshops, healthy food and, a full day’s worth of fascinating stands to explore, it is a weekend not to miss.

Sunday October 12: Wales Fungus Day. The third annual Wales Fungus Day is promising to be the biggest and best yet. Taking place at the National Botanic Garden on Sunday October 12, it will feature some of Wales’ top experts, a wild mushroom ‘cook-up’, a special (and unique) fungi patchwork exhibition, as well as family activities – including wooden-mushroom painting – sculptures, poetry and our fairy model village display.
